Se compausa d\u2019una cr\u00e8ma d\u2019am\u00e8tla e d\u2019una cr\u00e8ma pastissi\u00e8ra, embarrada entre doas pastas fulhetadas&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ingredients :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-2 pastas fulhetadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-1 fava<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>cr\u00e8ma d\u2019am\u00e8tla :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-125 g de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-60 g de margarina m\u00f2la<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-150 g de polvera d\u2019am\u00e8tlas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-2 culhi\u00e8ras de r\u00f2m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-20 g de fecula de milh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-80 ml de beguda d\u2019am\u00e8tla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>cr\u00e8ma pastissi\u00e8ra :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-la mitat d\u2019una culhi\u00e8ra de fecula de milh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-10 g de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-50 ml de beguda d\u2019am\u00e8tla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debanament :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Cal confeccionar la cr\u00e8ma pastissi\u00e8ra. Metre los ingredients d\u2019aquela dins una ca\u00e7airoleta e la butar sul fu\u00f2c pich\u00f2t. S\u2019arrestar pas de mesclar fins a \u00e7\u00f2 que la cr\u00e8ma s\u2019espessisca. Daissar de caire lo temps que refregisca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La cr\u00e8ma d\u2019am\u00e8tla. Dins un b\u00f2l b\u00e8l, apondre la margarina e la foetar amb lo sucre. I apondre lo demai dels ingredients e plan mesclar per que totes aqueles si\u00e1n plan amalgamats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Quand la cr\u00e8ma pastissi\u00e8ra es freja, la mesclar amb la cr\u00e8ma d\u2019am\u00e8tla, e l\u2019estirar sus una de las pastas fulhetadas. Cobrir amb l\u2019autra pasta sens doblidar d\u2019i botar una fava ! Amb la punta d\u2019un cot\u00e8l, dessenhar de formas polidas o pas (\u00e7\u00f2 mai aisit d\u2019o faire abans de cobrir la c\u00f2ca, sus la pasta aplatussada sus un plan de trabalh). Metre la c\u00f2ca dins lo refrigerator pendent 30 minutas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Precalfar lo forn a 200\u00b0. I botar la c\u00f2ca e baissar la temperatura a 180\u00b0. Faire c\u00f2ire pendent 30 \/ 40 minutas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. S\u2019i p\u00f2t estalar, per faire brilhar la c\u00f2ca, un sir\u00f2p.
