Dins una ca\u00e7air\u00f2la, metre a fondre&nbsp;a&nbsp;fu\u00f2c docet&nbsp;la graissa de guit. Ajustar las g\u00f2l\u00e7as d\u2019alh e la ceba, los&nbsp;laissar lentament blondir totjorn a fu\u00f2c&nbsp;docetpendent almens 5 minutas en&nbsp;remenant&nbsp;de temps en temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Ajustar la farina quand la mescla se colora en remenant regde, duncas a omogeneitat. Ajustar sens esperar l\u2019aiga pauc a pauc en bolegant per evitar los grum\u00e8ls. Metre la sal e lo pebre generosament e daissar c\u00f2ser pendent 30 minutas do\u00e7ament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- Pendent aqueste temps, separar lo claret del moj\u00f2l de l&rsquo;u\u00f2u, e&nbsp;i&nbsp;ajustar las&nbsp;qualques gotas de vinagre. Mesclar.&nbsp;Escampar un pauc del&nbsp;bolhon&nbsp;abans&nbsp;de c\u00f2ser dins aquesta&nbsp;mescla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand bolh\u00eds incorporar la&nbsp;mescla (moj\u00f2l, vinagre, bolhon) dins lo bolhon sul&nbsp;fu\u00f2c, en&nbsp;remenant. Rectificar l&rsquo;adobatge se&nbsp;n&rsquo;i a de&nbsp;besonh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per acabar aquel&nbsp;torrin, portar a bolh, en&nbsp;tot&nbsp;bolegar. Mixar&nbsp;pu\u00e8i&nbsp;ajustar en&nbsp;filat&nbsp;fin&nbsp;la gl\u00e0ria.
